These include attorneys, title companies, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, general contractors, laborers, credit counselors, pest control, appraisers, and inspectors.
We have the ability to handle all aspects of the real estate process, which will enable you to get a fair price for your home and allow for a quick close on your property. In most cases we can close within 10 days. We are not real estate agents, which helps because we do not charge commissions or collect commissions throughout the real estate process.
